North Country oak dresser
A good North Country oak dresser of architectural form c1750.
This is a particularly fine example:
The rack with bold dentilled cornice; pilasters that open to reveal cupboards; spice drawers.
The base with four more pilasters; arched fielded panel doors and three pairs of bracket feet.
Also finished at the sides with two fielded panels to each end.
The handles are replacements in the correct style.
