A fine Regency breakfront bookcase in the manner of Gillows of Lancaster: rosewood with a double line of box wood stringing and the original grained rosewood peg feet; now fitted as a display cabinet but we could easily replace the glass shelves with wooden ones and remove the silk. We will be replacing the silk in the lower doors with grills and pleated silk.
