A fine carved wooden rocking horse by F.H. Ayres.
Ayres and Lines made the best rocking horses which were beautifully carved to give a life-like appearance with the heads tilted slightly sideways and long elegant extended legs.
This horse has its original stand, most of the original paint & decorative brass studs, the mane and tail are replaced and the leatherwork has been restored using old tack.
